I own two camera 360 and this one , with this camera the main problem doesn’t want to record on sd card , even if you subscribe to record in cloud , battery and motion sensors I’m happy not recoding

Broken within 3 Weeks.
First time with this type of camera.
Initial thoughts were great, good picture, good app and love the invisible selfie stick feature.
However, after just 3 weeks the camera has stopped working.
I did take it in water about 1-2M deep. Although the camera says it’s waterproof up to 10M it seems that this isn’t the case.
The camera now won’t charge, turn on or do anything. Clearly water has got into the camera and now doesn’t function.
To make this more frustrating, Insta360 have said they do not offer refunds on products that have been used. Therefore I now have to go through a long process of returning the camera to their repair team. If this was straight forward I wouldn’t mind so much, but it seems like there are so many hurdles to just try and get my camera (that I paid nearly £500 for) to be fixed or replaced just after 3 weeks of use.

Failed on first hint of water
I bought this product for our first family holiday abroad in three years, delayed due to COVID. It worked ok in the garden on a few test runs but then failed on first contact with minor splashing, despite the battery compartments being clearly sealed. Will be returning for a refund.

For the cost of this camera the quality is fantastic. As soon as you pick it up you feel how well made and put together it is.
The phone app is one of the best phone video editing tools I have used. It’s not complicated and you can pick it up in 10 minutes.
The quality ranges from 3K resolution to 5.7K. This really shows on a UHD screen.
It has a useable touch screen, but I preferred using the app or remote control to use.
The Studio 2022 program for PCs is good, but at the time of writing you cannot import audio files (however you can in the phone app) but they say they are working on this. I just used a 3rd part program that was free to add background music etc.
The range of effects and views you can use with it being a very good 360 camera is limitless. There are a huge amount of simple to follow tutorials for phone and PC.
It can be utilised as a one direction fixed angle view camera as well.
It takes up far less space than most other cameras and is super easy to attach to most parts of a motorbike frame or bars.
Absolutely awesome bit of kit and I am super impressed by it.

Careful of this company
The media could not be loaded. Well I seen camera was reduced and I thought , great saved me some money and perfect time as I’ll get it for this weekend as I really needed it.
I unboxed the product…put in the memory card charged up the battery everything it instructed me to do….
Then I switched on the camera and the loading screen appeared for like 15 secs then switched off and I got a solid aqua/blue light staying on the device….
I waited for 5 mins incase it was doing some sort of installation but nothing happened…
I looked on the internet and apparently damaged devices has this problem which made me think was the price reduced to try and get rid of a batch of faulty products….cant just be my luck?
Anyways I needed the camera for a specific date and now it ain’t happening….not working right out of the box

Insta 360 X3購入予定でしたが、海中で使用したく、いろいろ調べたら
X2とX3の海中での比較動画がyoutubeであり、
海中では、X3の撮影画像は良くないと言う情報を仕入れ（拝見しX2の方が、可也綺麗だった・・）
急遽X3止めてブラックフライデーにて此方のX2を購入しました。
また製造終了らしい？、X2用潜水ケースを他のサイトより新品で売り切れギリギリ？
定価だったが9900円（ボッタクリが2万円でフリマで・・）で入手もしました。
水中での本格使用してませんが、試し撮りでは今の所不満はありません。
